Stop Complaining: How to stop complaints in society?

Regaining control of your emotions allows you to take a step back from the annoying everyday situations, and therefore be less stressed.

The social scene is probably the area where everyone indulges in bitching with less guilt. We get frustrated in the crowds on public transport, we get caught in traffic jams, stuck in long queues… In short, we let our mouths reel off, even if we know that the staff that we blame has nothing to do with the administrative delays. But the clock does not stop running and there is still so much to do…

What are the risks?

Think of all the hard-core complainers you have rubbed shoulders with. Have you noticed that they all emit negative vibes affecting their relationships? It is sobering… The solutions: rather than letting your thoughts run freely, rebel and instead anchor the negative thoughts in our lives when they crystallize. Then take a firm decision to change your mindset, to stop mentally opposing everything that happens to you – you can better accept the things which come your way, and thus better focus on the solution. “The idea is not to deny your emotions but knowing how to let them go, to stop trying to control everything.

We must abandon the illusion – we cannot make everyone obey, and not everything works according to plan. Rather than saying, “I have bad luck, nothing will ever work,” let us remember that we are not all-powerful,” the coach states. Easier said than done? True – consciously reformatting the mental hard drive requires effort and a disciplined lifestyle. But to help you move forward in this new life, why not keep in mind this little phrase by personal development mentor Kate Byron: “Arguing with reality is futile. It is like trying to teach a cat to bark.”
