H&M Beauty Autumn collections to hit Singapore in September

With summer on the way out, the folks at H&M are sparing no time gearing up for the much-anticipated H&M Beauty Autumn releases this September. You may remember the announcement made earlier this year that H&M Beauty would be making its way to Singapore. Well, the wait is nearly over and yes, the launch is actually happening. Starting with some glorious shades of the fall season, we’re about to see the H&M Beauty Precious Glow Autumn/ Winter 2016 makeup collection hit the shelves of the H&M Orchard Building, along with a grand palette of H&M Beauty Nails Autumn/ Winter 2016 nail colours.

H&M Beauty Precious Glow Autumn/ Winter 2016

The makeup trend that H&M has embraced for this season encompasses “radiance, glimmer, sparkle and shine”, which is good news for those of you in love with a bit of gloss and glitter. The Precious Glow collection will see makeup essentials taking on bold and metallic shades to give you luminous skin, highlighted cheekbones, gilded eyelids and eye-catching lips.

Included in the collection is the Fluid Foil Eye Colour that will come in intense shades like champagne gold and midnight blue to make those eyelids seriously pop, as well as the Gilded Brow Tint, which will make your brows look totally futuristic with shades like Spun Gold and Silver Sapphire. Of course, there will be lip colours as well – look out for the Sugar and Spice Metallic Lip Colour, which we heard will bring a “punkish metallic dark pink” to your pout.

H&M Beauty Nails Autumn/ Winter 2016

Bringing in more greens and blues to the range – from shades of peacock to royal blues – as well as a variety of bronze, cinnamon and chocolate hues, this collection will see 50 new shades added to the already extensive collection, bringing the number up to 200 that you’ll get to choose from this season. You will also get to pick from a range of metallic, glittery and holographic textures to play around with.

And yes, playing around with colours should be way to go – in the words of H&M Beauty concept designer Sara Wallander, “Nails have become a key component of individual style. We’re all about celebrating individuality. Why stick with one colour anyway? You can have your own wardrobe of nail colours to suit your style and mood”.

Mark those calendars, ladies

The new collections above will no doubt encourage experimentation. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for us this season when H&M Beauty finally drops. But we’ll have to wait just a teeny bit longer – these collections will only be made available this coming 10 September 2016 in the H&M Orchard Building.
