Cannes Film Festival: Day 6 – Carole Bouquet dazzles on the red carpet

While the stars were busy blowing kisses at the paparazzi, yesterday was an opportunity to witness our favourite French actress at the height of elegance…because Carole Bouquet has an uncanny eye for what suits her, and the knowledge of exactly how to do it! In a deep green, signature Chanel Haute Couture dress, flat sandals, and jewellery in gold and diamond by Chanel jewellery, everything was in perfect balance and accuracy. With the slightly sheer top masterfully covered (to avoid a “nip-slip”), the spectacular lady stood tall and regal in the pleated organza dress in the sun. At 56 years, smiling more than ever, this actress defies time with class and a natural composure. A (very) good surprise for this dreamy festival, indeed. Watch this space for updates tomorrow!
