Weekends at Moniker
This “permanent pop-up restaurant” features a list of chefs who rotate weekly, who each whip up an experiential kitchen and dining concept. Needless to say, it's a great way to have a taste of all the latest trends in Singapore’s culinary scene through locally farmed ingredients and traditional recipes. Participants will also hear from the chefs themselves on their inspiration behind each dish and the intricacies of their culinary art.

Streat 2018

This year’s STREAT (SFF’s marquee event) is the festival's largest one yet, with a pop-up restaurant helmed by Chef Emmanuel Stroobant and Chef Haikal Johari. Complementing the pop-up is a rousing line-up of establishments dishing up local favourites and modern interpretations of Singaporean classics. Festival goers can also look forward to enjoying a hearty lineup of local entertainment acts throughout the evening, featuring names like Darker than Wax, Shak and the Baits, HubbaBubbas, Krysta Joy and Tim De Cotta.

A Samsui Love Story: A Food & Dance Affair by Project Plait X Tung Lok
In this food-meets-dance affair, a 5-course contemporary Singaporean feast is fused with contemporary dance through a unique showcase by Chef Nixon Low and choreographer Naomi Tan. Diners can expect to embark on a full-on sensory journey as they are immersed in this interactive dining experience.

Makan Cosmopolitan 2018 by Ape Studios
Makan Cosmopolitan is a series of theatre and dining interdisciplinary performances exploring themes of emotional attachment and involvement through a narrative set in the heart of Singapore, a hawker centre. Watch familiar heartland characters engage in discourse about food culture while enjoying a specially curated menu by Chef Roy from Escobar.

Rejoice, foodies – the Singapore Food Festival (SFF) is back.

Happening this 13 to 29 July, there’s a sumptuous selection of over 20 gastronomic experiences that perfectly sum up Singapore’s culinary scene, highlighting both the traditional and contemporary. Helmed by iconic chefs, there’s everything from local art-meets-food collaborations to experiential farm-to-table courses.

A few of its highly-raved highlights from previous editions are back this year – like STREAT, which returns for its fourth year running. However, the festival has also reinvented itself with some pretty unique dining experiences. ‘A Samsui Love Story’, for one, a is 5-course food-meets-dance affair by Chef Nixon Low and choreographer Naomi Tan.
