This is JustIN: Singapore’s celebrated Chef Justin Quek will be opening an all-day eatery at Marina Bay promenade to serve Singaporean classics at an all new level. By day, diners can enjoy traditional Singaporean breakfast options of soy sauce soft-boiled eggs or abalone porridge paired with kopi peng as well as express set lunches of nasi campur and umami-packed prawn noodles with pork belly. For dinner, JustIN offers dinner classics of black pepper crab, foie gras xiao long bao, live king prawns and wok-fried lobster Hokkien Mee.

CHINOISERIE by Justin Quek
Another one of Chef Justin Quek's new openings, CHINOISERIE is a new fine-dining restaurant that marries traditional Asian culinary culture with French haute cuisine. From dainty pieces of dim sum in a champagne emulsion, or a five-spice puff pastry that is reminiscent of pain au miel, to scrambled eggs topped with crab meat and pops of caviar, Chinoiserie will truly give you the European Asian fusion experience.

P.S. Cafe, our favorite weekend getaway cafe, will be launching a brand-new restaurant, JYPSY! Officially its doors on 3rd July, JYPSY will offer a contemporary yet casual approach to Japanese cuisine. Lawry’s The Prime Rib
The U.S. isn’ t the only one celebrating its birthday this month! Lawry’s The Prime Rib is also celebrating their 19th anniversary with a special anniversary menu! Starting with their ever-famous Original Spinning Bowl Salad, followed by the perfect land-and-sea collaboration pf foie gras, Hokkaido scallop, and chicken gyoza. The special menu also includes The Anniversary Cut prime rib of beef, baked salmon, and the hearty truffle rosemary lamb rack. Their scrumptious desserts include slices of lemon meringue cake with yuzu ice cream or sea salt caramel pecan mousse cake with vanilla bean ice cream. Mmmm. The Lawry’s 19th Anniversary menu is available from 1 to 31 July 2018 at SGD118/person or SGD188++/2 persons.

Our favourite sweet shop, PABLO, has another seasonal special for us. This summer, they're introducing the Okinawa Beni Imo Cheese Tart! As with all their creations, which are largely inspired by Japanese ingredients and culture, the PABLO mini Azuki Cheese Tart pays homage to a Nagoya speciality: the Ogura red bean toast. From July to August, the PABLO mini Azuki Cheese Tart will be available at both the Wisma Atria and NEX cafés, so be sure to grab them!

Lady M New York is adding a new seasonal flavour to their already extensive range of mille crêpes. Between July and August, customers can order their new Citron Mille Crêpes: a delicious lemon-flavoured crepe cake with luscious lemon custard spread over each layer and topped with snow sugar and candied lemon zest. The Citron Mille Crêpes are available at a single slice at SGD9.50, while the whole cake can also be purchased at SGD108.00 from the boutiques and SGD90.00 from the official website.

This July, SE7ENTH will roll out a newly refreshed menu of contemporary cuisine specially curated by Executive Chef Dickson Fung.
