Its chic interior, friendly staff, and lip-smacking menu options will keep you coming back for more.

Following their exciting reopening last year, Strangers’ Reunion has remained on the radar of hipsters and cafe lovers island-wide. Even before their hiatus, the Melbourne-inspired foodie spot made its mark as the place to be for breakfast/brunch fans to enjoy simple and delicious Buttermilk Waffles. Now, we are excited to let you in on a secret: Strangers’ Reunion has refreshed their all-day brunch menu to reflect the clean eating outlook of Ryan Tan, co-owner of the cafe and Wold Siphon Coffee Champion of 2015. Yes, this means superfood bowls and superfood ingredients like organic kale and protein-rich salmon!

Sharing his outlook on healthy eating, Ryan clearly has a vision for his cafe. “I underwent a lifestyle change in the past year, spurred on by the need to live better,” he said. “I started paying attention to what I ate and have been feeling younger and more energetic. As such, I wanted to share this new belief with my customers at Strangers’ Reunion”. A gorgeously decorated space that’s proud of its healthy take on cafe food? We certainly aren’t complaining!

Brunch is served between 9am and 5pm at Strangers’ Reunion, so there’s no need to rush down over the weekend if you prefer a sleep-in. We definitely recommend their signature Salmon & Kale (SGD19.90) dish for those interested in a low-carb option. The Crabcake Reunion (SGD18.90) passes as comfort food perfection, while the made-to-order Coconut Chia Pudding (SGD11.90) is a filling yet refreshing choice to start the day with. Head up to the gallery above to find out more about our favourites from the new menu.

Strangers’ Reunion is located at 33-35 Kampong Bahru Road; open Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 9am to 10pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from 9am to 12am.
