The Western Co. is the first food stall to offer raclette cheese in - wait for it - a Kopitiam.

The western food eatery stays true to its conviction of dishing up hearty meals fit for a king, without the hefty price tag at their Kopitiam joint along Foch Road.

It offers sinfully molten raclette scraped fresh on top of their western dishes. If that isn't enough cheese for your cheese-lusting soul, you have the option of adding grilled cheese to your dish at an extra SGD4. According to the owners, they strictly use authentic raclette cheese imported from Switzerland.

Cafe Gavroche
Cafe Gavroche dishes up Raclette cheese at SGD48/pax every Saturday from 7pm, for its Raclette Saturdays special.

Served with French potatoes, cold cuts and quail eggs, chowing down on cheese and meat in the evening with friends and family might just be the perfect way to spend a Saturday night.

Wine Connection Cheese Bar
You can also find raclette at Wine Connection Cheese Bar at Robertson Walk, at SGD39 per guest (with a minimum of two diners).

Instead of being melted and scraped in a heated cheese wheel onto the food, you watch the raclette here melt in a heated contraption right at the table, before gloriously oozing like lava onto individual mini pans. The raclette is served with hearty sides like potatoes, cold cuts, beef pastrami, Serano ham, and pork roulade.

The award-winning Theatrical Sunday Champagne Brunch buffet at The Edge, Pan Pacific Singapore now includes a Swiss Cheese Raclette station, among its extensive 16-stations buffet spread (that also includes a new caviar bar).

The cafe doesn't exactly serve raclette, but has a great burger selection with - get this - melted cheese options. Try the Vintage Cheese Burger (SGD17.90), served slathered with a generous portion of melted cheese smothering and soaking the entire burger.
