10 Summer Starters: Sangria with cucumber

This potent but refreshing sangria has been revisited with cucumber instead of the usual fruits. Simple and delicious – perfect for a hot summer’s day

Sangria with Cucumber

Ingredients:

– 0.5 liters of red wine
– 1 orange
– 1 pear
– 1 cardamom seed
– 1 clove
– Coriander seeds
– Cinnamon
Cointreau
– cognac
– Syrup of cane sugar
– 1 cucumber

Method:

1. The day before, soak in 0.5 l of red wine (12 °), 70 g of oranges, diced 100g diced pears, 1 cardamom seed, 1 clove, coriander beans 1 c c and 1 tsp cinnamon

2. Stir, add 60 g and 40 g of Cointreau Cognac, 70 g of cane sugar syrup

3. The next day, drain the wine, adjust the seasoning and add sugar 150gr regular diced cucumber

Serve COOL!
