Canopy Garden Dining & Bar unveils sumptuous Christmas menu
If you’ve ever wanted to hold your Christmas feast in the heart of nature, here’s your chance.
Christmas is well on its way and it’s about time to think about where you’d like to have your celebrations with your loved ones. If you’re dreaming of the chance to spend some quality time with family over a delightful smorgasbord of good food and lip-smacking drinks, perhaps Canopy Garden Dining & Bar might be just the place for you! For those who’ve not come across Canopy before, it’s because this hidden gem of a restaurant is set within the lush and peaceful surroundings of Bishan Park 2, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s the perfect place to have your intimate Christmas dinner.
Unveiling its delightful 4-course Christmas menu, Canopy will be serving the likes of Butternut Pumpkin Soup with Homemade Brioche Toast to start, followed by an appetizer of Catalan Wilted Spinach delicately flavoured with warm olive oil, tossed with pine nuts, walnuts and sherry-soaked raisins – yum! Mains include the choice of Grilled Sea-Bass Fillet with Clams, hearty Wet Rice with Lamb Rib & Peas, or the Boston Bay Line Blue Mussel Spaghetti. Finally, the dessert course dishes up Fresh Fruit Charlottes, which come with a serving of lychee-infused berry compote and a refreshing scoop of vanilla ice cream.
