10 Summer Desserts: Velvety vanilla and egg carrot citrus floating island

The floating island like you’ve never seen before!

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Serves: 4 people

Ingredients:

– 600 g of carrots
– 600 g of cream
– 1.5 egg
– 145 g of sugar

– ½ lime
Method:
1. For the soup, peel and slice the carrots. Cook them in a tightly filmed bowl in a microwave at 700W for 6 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, put the cooked carrots and add the cream, sugar and split vanilla pods.
3. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove the vanilla pods and all grains. Mix everything. Cook over fire.
4. For snow eggs, put the egg whites at room temperature in a bowl with the lime juice. Whisk well until a firm mixture is formed, add the sugar and beat the egg whites in.

5.Zest over orange and lemon, and cook the floating island in the microwave at 700 W for 1 minute 15 seconds.
