He may prefer to do it in the morning but you’re too groggy and prefer evening time for sexy time. Here’s how you can work out a solution.

What if he likes to do it in the morning and you in the evening (or vice versa)?

The advice: We can have our preferences and assert them. But why hang on to our mania without wanting to try something else? Pascal de Sutter continues; “When we say that we don’t like to do it in the morning, we base ourselves on our past experiences. As if it was impossible to change.” It is completely possible to like to make love after midnight when until 42 and a half years, we have preferred to fall asleep earlier. Tiredness influences our biorhythms. After a day of work, two hours at the supermarket and the whims of the kids, we have no energy left for sex. Take a test: are you more often in a good or bad mood? When? This will inform you both about your need to recharge your batteries. The good news is that when we are tired, making love helps us relax and to fall asleep.
