Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa is holding a National Day promotion for all in celebration of Singapore's 53rdbirthday! The 5-star resort hotel's restaurant Shutters, located in Sentosa’s idyllic Palawan beach, will be offering the be the patriotic Singapura buffet on the holiday. Highlights of the menu will include local signature dishes such as Nyonya laksa, barbequed stingray, and charcoal grilled satay. Durian fans can also enjoy a free-flow of durians that will be opened right on the spot, as well as a pop-up durian pancake stall which will be offered at the hotel lobby from 1 - 9 August!

Le Binchotan
Le Binchotan will also be celebrating their very first National Day with a little supper special! Known for their "elevated" takes on local hawker favorites, Le Binchotan will be offering their take on Hokkien mee and grilled Iberico-pork satay from 9:30 pm onwards from the 27th of July to the end of August. You'll also be able to savour these supper bites with cold bubur chacha cocktail, or housemade taro-infused vodka combined with pandan, coconut and housemade tapioca jelly chunks!

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse
New York-based steakhouse, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, will be celebrating their very first National Day in Singapore this year with a special patriotic lunch bundle featuring locally-inspired dishes and cocktails. All throughout the month of August, this newbie steakhouse will be offering their original take on Singaporean classics such as Black Pepper Beef, Clear Chicken Soup, and the Wolfgang Sling, made with Bombay Sapphire, Fresh lemon juice, and sparkling water. Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant will be offering an Express Set Lunch Menu for One, including Sweet and Sour Pork with Egg Fried Rice, Braised Grouper Fillet with Vermicelli, Braised Abalone with Egg Fried Rice and Stewed Ee-Fu Noodles with Big Head Prawn. For those who have more time to sit down and enjoy the holiday, the Suckling Pig/Abalone National Day Set Menu will also be offered at this restaurant from $388.00.

This National Day, savoury will meet sweet at Cold Stone Creamery, as they will be launching two new exciting ice cream flavours--the Nasi Lemak and Pulut Hitam to celebrate Singapore’s 53rd birthday. The Nasi Lemak ice cream will be a sweet coconut ice cream topped with crunchy roasted peanut, sambal, and fresh cucumber slices, while the Pulut Hitam ice cream mixes coconut ice cream with black glutinous rice.
