Lise, 37 years, focuses on atmospheres or details when she takes photos. Her images were decoded by the psychotherapist Christine Ulivucci.

“I LIKE FOCUSING ON DETAILS” Lise, 37, PSYCHOLOGIST.

“Last summer, on holidays with friends, I photographed, among other things, a vividly-coloured buoy that complemented well the blue colour of the water, our feet in the swimming pool… One weekend in Dublin, in March, I captured a clover suspended from the ceiling of the airport, and the hands of a girl whose nails were green for Saint Patrick’s Day. I like focusing on details which evoke a certain atmosphere. Now, I take almost all my photos with my iPhone, but I force myself to print them twice a year. I like looking at them and holding them in my hand. This is so much better than looking at them on a screen. ”

THE expert’s OPINION – “A WAY OF CREATING AN IMPRINT “

“Lise has a singular glance at the place where she goes. Zooming in on details is a personal way of appropriating the place and underlining that something significant is touching her, whether consciously or not. Her framings evoke an atmosphere, a specific way of achieving what makes sense to her. Holidays are probably the best occasion to express her creativity through new places. With her photos, notably of feet and hands, Lise also creates an imprint. The material qualities of the photos when she prints them confirms the need to keep a tangible track. For her, the photo is an object that she must be able to contact again with her senses at any time. ”
