What do your holiday photos say about you?

Stolen moments, posed portraits or selfies’ binge – our holiday photos are indicative of our personality. Shared on social networks, organized in albums or stored on a computer, these slices of life speak volumes about us and our family.

What do you like to photograph when on holiday? Do you like to take pictures of your family, beautiful landscapes, random shots abroad, the monuments or achievements of your youngest child? Your choices are not innocuous. The psychotherapist Christine Ulivucci and author of a book on the topic, agreed to decrypt for us the holiday photos of oure readers: Laurence, Virginie, Sandrine, Reads, Agathe and Bérengère.

DID YOU KNOW THAT…

– On holidays, 8 % of French people take photos with their smart phones, 68 % with their cameras, 24% use one as much as the other.

– Approximately 64 % of 15-30 years old and 35 % of 31-65 years put their online photos on social network platforms to share them.

Photography is above all a tool allowing us to remember past events for 56 % of the French people, entertainment for 21 % and a passion for 16 %;

– 66 % of French share their photos by mail and 41 % by MMS.
